Quiet Days But Not For Long
I haven't been posting on Vicki's blog because life has been fairly stable these last couple of months for Vicki. Her red puffy eye is completely healed, she lives for her walks, treats and meal times. Life's good in Vickiland, that is, until we transport her to the frozen Canadian North in three weeks. Yes, Vicki will become a Canadian citizen. It's fairly uncomplicated to export her to Canada. She needs a health exam 10 days before flying and she already had the necessary rabies shot. I think she'll love the snow but we'll need some warm woollies for our tropical girl. She makes friends easily with people but she'll miss the good old days too. For now she sleeps in her warm bed completely unaware of the adventures that await her.

Hi Vicky,
ReplyDeleteSo, you're off to the Great White North! I hope the move goes smoothly for you and the family. Keep us posted every once in a while, once you're all settled!!!

Hi Duke,
ReplyDeleteHeading north on Friday. I need to be crated for around 20 hours with no food but Mom and Greg will have lots of treats waiting for me in Canada.
Will definitely keep in touch. Hope all's well with you too!
